Dependent on model type, alternatively there is 5 years spa shell, structure, leaks; 5 years plumbing; 3 years major components and systems; 1 year factory. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer support right from helping you choose the correct spa for you. The service does not finish there, we can arrange delivery and full commissioning of your spa on a pre made prepared base that you supply. This may already be there perhaps a patio, concrete base or purpose made Hot Tub decking. The installation will be provided by one of our qualified electricians Part P Compliant. We will fill the Hot Tub with water and include a full demonstration, including water level and chemical control and programme controls.
When you need more chemicals they can be purchased from us as after sales service. We hold a complete range of chemicals, accessories and toys to help you enjoy hours of fun and relaxation in your spa.
You are welcome to our showroom for a full demonstration, you can also have a wet test so bring a costume and we will supply the rest. We can also arrange after hours demonstrations for private exclusive wet tests.

Sunset Spas offer a reliable and efficient hot tub removal service, which can be tailored to meet individual needs. Our removal team are experienced in the moving and positioning of hot tubs, and will safely move your tub to a new location. You can choose from removal and re-delivery, removal and re-delivery including recommisioning or why not include an annual service when the recommisioning option is selected.
How will my hot tub be moved?
The hot tub will be moved onto its end, and placed on a special trolley called a Spa Dolly. The tub is then wheeled out of position on the Spa Dolly, and loaded onto our trailer. After transportation the hot tub is unloaded, and wheeled into its new position on the Spa Dolly. It is the customers responsibility to ensure enough access is available for the removal and the new delivery(full size detais are available on request).
What should I consider when checking if access is suitable?
- Dimensions are critical and there must be sufficient allowance for the height and width of the spa on the Spa Dolly. Please remember that the tub is moved on end, so the width becomes the height, and the height becomes the width.
- Ideally we require clear level access over hard ground. Soft ground, and one or two small steps can be overcome by ramping or boarding in advance. Alternatively our drivers can bring a running board if requested.
- Large steps, inclines etc can cause problems. If unsure please contact Sunset Spas for advice. If the tub needs to be taken off the trolley to negotiate a difficult area like steps, then you may need to arrange extra labour to move the spa.
- When checking the access route beware of tree and shrub branches, gate arches, low roof eaves, drain pipes, central heating flues, outside taps and overhanging power cables narrowing access. Also remember to check there is adequate turning space in corners.
